BBQ Sauce for Chicken

1 small to medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
celery, chopped, about 1/2 cup
crushed garlic or garlic powder
a little oil, olive or whatever
3/4 cup catsup
1 Tbs. mustard
1 cup or so of water
2 tbs. cider vinegar
a little Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs. lemon juice

Saute the onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic in oil until soft.

Add catsup, mustard, water and vinegar and simmer until the sauce is somewhat thickened.

Add lemon juice.

Brush onto chicken pieces.

Serves 4-6
