The GG took this photo somewhere in Kentucky and thought the rock on the bottom left might need some lipstick. His adventure is ending soon and he is expected to land back here on the Planet Ann Arbor mid-week.

I will be happy to have him home but I’ve also been fine here alone. As I always am. I gave Gertrude’s top oven its yearly cleaning today. I know we’re only hanging out at the end of September but I also know that it’s a hop, skip, and a jump until Halloween and then Thanksgiving. I will need both of Gertrude’s ovens on Thanksgiving, plus the gas grill. The bottom oven almost never needs cleaning (it only heats things up) but the top oven needs it occasionally, as careful as I am about keeping things from spilling or spraying or spattering.

I don’t have a whole more to say so I’m gonna end this and watch the next episode of Silo season 3.
