Don’t talk to strangers

Lunch at Clyde’s (inside because it was so bloomin’ cold and windy outside). Dinner at the Palace Saloon. And an afternoon walk to the locks and back featuring a couple of 30-something guys in DNR caps who asked me if I wanted a ride! (!!!) Say what? I am too old and baggy for them to be trying to pick me up. Did they think I needed help of some sort? Me? Somehow I do not think that my walking stride projects that I am struggling. But who knows. Weird anyway. And that is about all I have tonight. Blahg and ker-flahp.

Down the way, the Antlers is good too. In da Planet, having an empathetic campfire in da living room. New snow up there? …. Oh to have the fire on da beach ….

They might have just thought it was too cold and that you must have been uncomfortable. I just got finished mowing my front lawn and it looks great. Too bad I have no gas(or energy) to do the back one, which is bigger.

Heh. I once carried Dean’s dad’s cane through the airport and was offered rides on carts a few times.
