Happy π Day!
This is for all my mathematical friends. And the engineers and systems scientists and, well, you know who you are… It is π Day! Did y’all think that π was only the ratio between the circumference of a circle and its diameter? Uh, do I have that right? Mere musician/fiber artist/web designer here. Actually, I loved math in high school and I had lots of experience with π then. I just don’t remember it all that well now. So, if you want, you can find out if your telephone number or your birthdate or whatever number you want is included somewhere in the gazillion decimal point digits that exist in the number π. Or you can make art or music. Who knew that π could be so much fun! It’s Wednesday here on The Planet. It’s warm but it’s raining and we’re heading back into winter for a few days. Supposedly? I dunno. The GG has a low-grade fever today. He actually came home from work early today. That’s quite unusual. It’s the same virus I had. He’ll live. I think I just heard him head into the bathroom. Now he’s heading out here. Probably looking for food.
