Are we ready for this?

I am still not ready to eat in downtown restaurants. Our state “opened up” this week. I figured downtown would be nutso even with torrential rain (which we needed) and restaurants might be under staffed.

I was ready to porterize us here at the Landfill. I made pizza. Just basic ones with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green pepper And cheese of course. Atop frozen dough from Zingerman’s via Argus Farm Stop delivery. Our guests were fine with that.

And Corona beer…

    I’ve eaten outside as several restaurants but am still hesitant to dine inside. I love pizza and beer, although I would be sipping an amber ale. 🙂
