Waaaay back in the day, I used to prepare my pre-school Mouse for her weekly activities with a little song.

Monday nursery school
Tuesday story hour
Wednesday nursery school
Thursday swimming class
Friday nursery school
Saturday nothing
Sunday nothing too

My weekly cooking schedule is a weeeee bit like this. I cook interesting stuff on the weekend. It is enough food that I can alternate leftover nights throughout the week. If everything works out right, Thursday is a conglomeration of everything still left over. It doesn’t always work out that well but it did tonight. Scallop/greens dish from last weekend, lamb stew and garlic bread from Sunday, ham et al frozen from Easter. It was just little bits ad pieces of everything and so worked out well.
